STEP 1: New Believers Class

STEP 2: Foundations Class
Build your faith on solid ground.
This class establishes believers in their Christian faith and builds a strong church membership core.

STEP 3: LIFE in Life Discipleship
Going deeper in faith.

Membership at Imara Springs
Three categories of membership
| Category | Description | Rights & Privileges |

| Registered Covenant Members | Persons who fully participate in church life and accept all duties, responsibilities, and rights by written covenant |
|
| Associate Members | Devoted members unable to attend consistently due to work or commitments; regular online participants | Same privileges as Registered Covenant Members except holding positions requiring consistent physical presence |
| Congregational Members | Regular attendees who consider Imara Springs their home church but not yet registered |

Qualifications for Membership
To become a member, you must:
- Be born again in accordance with Scripture (John 3:3-8)
- Have been baptized in water by immersion
- Be living a life of holiness evidenced by your life
- Be a regular attendant of church services for at least one (1) year
- Demonstrate full participation in church life and activities
- Be a regular contributor of tithes and offerings
- Subscribe to the Constitution, Church Membership Covenant, and policies
Membership Registration Process
- Submit written application to the Elders
- Complete Foundations Class (orientation membership classes)
- Sign and submit the Church Membership Covenant
- Receive right hand of fellowship during a church service
- Name entered in the Register of Members

Q: How long does it take to become a member?
A: The process includes attending Foundations Class (termly) and meeting the membership qualifications, including at least one year of regular attendance.
Q: Do I need to be baptized to become a member?
A: Yes, water baptism by immersion is a requirement for membership.
Q: What if I’m not ready for membership yet?
A: You’re welcome to attend as a Congregational Member and take your time exploring.
Q: How do I find a discipleship group?
A: Contact our church office or speak to a pastor after any service.
